i have 2 TINY tetras. Stripes and Shiney. Stripes eats the food until shiney can get it usually. I'm afraid of over feeding! The last thing I want is the water getting gross and them dying! HELP!!

As much as they can eat in 2-3 minutes. Twice a day. Crush the flakes into tiny pieces.
Are they neon tetras? They need to be in a school of at least 5-6. Two is not enough. They will stress and die.

You have Neon Tetras. They hardly require any food at all, so only give them 3-4 good sized flakes. Wait for Shiney to get to the surface before putting any more food in.

Just like what nosoop4u246 said around 3-4flakes that feeds 1-2 tetras and the way i use is Freeze Dried Blood Worms and they only need 2worms each.

To help keep you water clear you should get a hanging filter like this:

That has a good strainer so it wont suck up the fish

Hope this helps

Tiny tetras only need tiny amounts of food. Don't worry about underfeeding, most problems come from overfeeding.

if it is a small tank, with no filter, what do u expect.

u will need to upgrade and have a filter, to keep the water clean and clear and the fish will be better off.

also with a filter, you can feed them more without stressing.
