I will add that the the high power microwaves which are really just RF at 2450MHz (2.45GHz), which is in the same band as B and G wireless networks, but with ~3500-20000 times the power, would cloud the lenses of your eyes and they would destroy all of the electronics in your house. I think trying it would be stupid as you wouldn't be able to use your computer anymore as:
1. You would now be blind
2. Your computer would be fried.

That would be about as clever as if you turned on your car and rigged a brick to hold down the accelerator pedal while you stood in front of the car.
Can you see the epitaph you would get for your microwave stunt? "Man makes self into crispy critter by defeating protective devices on microwave - dead in 60 seconds using only 700 watts".

If you were standing in front of the microwave, your body would absorb some of the same microwaves used to cook food. In other words, you could be cooked from the inside out.
I knew a guy when I was in the military who was in close proximity to radar waves,,,,too close. Remember they used to call microwaves radar ranges. Long story short, his organs were damaged by the waves and he was dead within 60 days of the exposure.
Don't do it...period.
