we tested the motors and they work, we have juice to the doors, why aren't they working?

sounds like you need to replace the door switch that operates the windows.

I have run into this before new master window switches have to be wired differently. Auto Zone and ALL-DATA might come up with the rewire it is just moving the wires around on the connector. And the back two still work on the car I did too.

It's most likely the switches. Sometimes if you push sideways on them and either up or down, they will work. I think the solid state boards they use get iffy after many years. Try a junkyard before spending the big bucks at the dealer.

Sounds like the switches that you push to make them go up and down are bad. Look in a junk yard for a couple. Thats the cheapest way to start
