Whats the best way to remove window tint with out ruining the defroster strips?

I just brought a car and someone tried to peel away the back window tint. well it looks like it came off in peices and thers bits of the second layer left...how can i get it off without ruining the defrost strip things?

The Right Way: Seek Professional Help.. get people who do that for a living to do it.

The Wrong way: Do some steam cleaning..

My Way which is even worse: Break the window haha!

Sorry steam and elbow grease plastic scraper. That can dammage the strips if there old and dry. Price a new rear window?
