It seems self proclaimed activists are so busy expressing the difference of opposing issues that all I see is divisiveness to the point that our nation is polarized to extremes.
Is there any way to discuss issues without rhetorical spins?
Are there any gay sites out there that don't just parrot the same old false rhetoric? Are there gay groups that DON'T protray religion as ignorant and backwards?
Are there any religious groups that engage rather than demonize LGBTs?
Or is it all just mudslinging and spin doctors?

Radagast, It's really not about you, nor any one person.
Bigotry is rationalized in many ways by many folks.

Sure there are ways...when i find some i'll let you know.

Every site that voices their opinions on this subject has some bias opinions.

People don't think religion itself is ignorant... just the people who twist it to fit their own agenda...

Who ever told you that lied. There is always an agenda...Whether it's for good or not... there is one...

People are talking about things that are important for them, tolerance, acceptance, equal rights. As long as we will be discriminated against, we will be talking about topic that are important.

I agree that people are loading their questions with statements, views etc. But it's not only in LGBT, Yahoo A is about that period

So -- I gather you don't bother to read my posts when I respond to you. I do NOT portray "religion" as ignorant and backwards. I do portray FUNDAMENTALISM as ignorant and backwards. Religion does NOT equal fundamentalism, although some religions are fundamentalist and all fundamentalists are religious.
