I don't know how to find that out about RAM, but the other respondent did. For ROM or the memory left on your hard drive, click my computer. Then right click on the hard drive icon, and select properties. The properties will show you how much memory you have used and how much you have left.

Ctrl-Shift-Esc
click on the performance tab
it has Physical Memory total
Total Memory
Available Memory
and more

CTRL ALT DEL

TaskManager

shows all running programs
shows all loaded processes

shows how much physcial RAM is used
and shows how much of the virtual file is in use
