Yes, it's called "Shake-Away for cats" It's made from predatory animal urine and is safe for animals, children, and pets. Here is a site that sells it. Good luck.

Oh no! Maybe he/she doesn't like the pond smell. One of my cats urinates in the sink and in the shower drain.
To keep predators away from my backyard pond, I sometimes use netting thrown over it. I'm not sure that would keep your cat away, but you might consider it.
