i just wasnt sure if the live cultures in yogurt are okay for the baby... but i have never heard anyone say you cant eat it.

Yes. So long as the yogurt is pasturized, it's not a problem.

I think you are doing a great job. I have limit my salt intake because I do not want my feet to swell too much and also soda is out of the question. I strictly drink way with a little drop of lemon. Just drinking regular water nauseate me.

Yes, eat as much as you want. I did with my healthy 8 pounder baby. You just can't eat blue cheese, brie, unpasturized milk & chesses. Have a wonderful pregnancy.

i'm pretty sure it is....actually i know cottage cheese is good for the baby....and that isnt much different from yogurt.

yogurt is very healthy.....so i'm sure it is fine!

yogurt is perfectly fine during pregnancy, so i imagine frozen yogurt would also be fine.

yes, the cultures are fine for both you and baby. Just watch the sugar and fat intake.

just watch for sugar and fat. A lot of sugar can lead to gestational diabetes.
