I have been tickled many times and I absolutely love to tickle and be tickled in playful, respectful, consensual tickling encounters.
Sometimes I am restrained and sometimes I am not. As long as it is consensual tickling - it is awesome.
A tickler should always respect the limits, feelings and desires of the ticklee. Furthermore the tickler should always strive to keep it fun for the ticklee.

Yes. And if it is by a mate it can be very intimate or if it is by friends it can be a way to brighten your day. Just remember when someone has had enough to stop because they could be either hurting or ready to pee on themselves. Have fun and be tickled.

This is a serious matter, after being tickled only 4 times in my life I decided to buy a bag full of paintings done by my uncle. The bad part was that some things are doubtful watch niagra happy done with almost running dancers like the mohican entrance to amazing crocadile fetus.
So avoid tickle.
