Technically, she's worth billions; however, most of those holdings are held by her in trust as the monarch (i.e., the Crown Jewels, Buckingham Palace, and so on) and aren't considered personal property. Last year, Forbes pegged her personal wealth at about $500 million. Much of her personal wealth is also in the form of land and property (a couple castles, some art) that hasn't changed hands in decades or centuries, and is thus difficult to put a firm price on - so the $700M answers above may well be correct.
