here's the place I go with problems like this

http://forums.techguy.org/register.php

You register (it's free) and then post your question like you did here. They'll probably ask you to download a program they use to diagnose problems called "Hijack This" it gives them all the info they need. These guys are all volunteers and they're great. If they solve your problem you may want to donate, but it's not required.

Good luck, I know it's a hassle.

IMMEDIATELY after a fresh OS installation you should install the motherboard chipset driver. It usually comes w/ the drivers of all onboard devices like LAN, VGA, audio, modem, etc. Then you should install next the drivers of devices that are plugged on to the PCI, AGP (or PCIe) slots and on the USB ports.

Worked for me flawlessly on my laptops and desktops.

Most of the items you are looking for are on your motherboard manufacturers website. Download them onto a computer with a cd burner, burn them to cd and install them. Follow the link below for your MB website

Go to each website of your products, they should all have the current drivers available through technical support, downloads, or help section.
