Man 8 Advil! Lets see maybe you should try sleeping in a really dark room. I hear that its supposed to help get rid of them. Usually Advil does the trick for me but for you just try sleeping.

I would use an Aleve. When you take it, try two at first, then 12 hours later, take another if your headache is still not getting better. Also, make sure to not over do anything you normally would do otherwise your headache will get worse.

i suffer from serious migraines and the best way to get rid of one (even after I've taken my migraine medicine) is to go to bed. No lights on, no telelvision - the darker and quieter the room the better.

Put a dry cloth over your forhead and eyes and nap in a dark room. That's how I deal with my migraines. Good luck. Hope you feel better.

Then it's caused by a lack of potassium. Eat a banana and put the peel on your forehead.
