I am a really big music fan. But I really love the soul music from the 50's and 60's. There was definitely some good soul music around in the 70's also. Sam Cook, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Solomon Burke, the Originals, the Spinners.....the list goes on and one.

no longer something will ever beat the song from the 50s and 60s, as 8 out of each 10 records made could desire to have been a 'hit', as for my favourites, I actually have a strategies too many to indicate, yet i will assert that Del Shannon is on the coolest of my record. !! xx

I agree,the 60's music has to be some of the best and most played,even after over 40 years,it's still being heard and requested on many radio stations
