it is usually 2 days, somtimes 3. and the flow level is lower then light so i cant really find tampons tht i can use because they dont absorb enough (light ones) and if feels uncomfortable appliyng it and and coming out. and the tampon is still part white (but it was in use for 4-8 hours)

well i eat little but im not anorexic and i am an athleate. but it's summer now . i dont play anything

You could be malnurished. My friend in high school was anorexic and she didnt have her period for a year and 1/2. If you are an athlete sometimes that can cause no or light periods.
I would see a dr. just to make sure you are physically ok. Otherwise consider yourself lucky!

I have always had short, light periods--heavy flow on the first day, very light for days two and three. It almost never lasts longer than that. If you don't want to use pads (and I don't blame you if you don't), get yourself a Diva Cup, which "catches" the flow inside.

you may be having irregular periods or going through menopause
