By using an alarm clock,or wake up by yourself?If it's none of the above,how do you wake up in the morning?

I wake up every morning by hitting the snooze button at least 5 times. Its set for an hour before I should really get out of bed.

I wake up at 4:45 whether I need to or not, no alarm necessary.
