So i wanna convert the kinetic energy of a spinning disc (like a motor) to a electrical energy (in electricity).... Please explain me it detailed. Thanks

One joule is the work done, or energy expended, by a force of one newton moving an object one metre along the direction of the force. This quantity is also denoted as a Newton-meter with the symbol N·m. Note that torque also has the same units as work, but the quantities are not identical.

The rotational energy or angular kinetic energy is the kinetic energy due to the rotation of an object and is part of its total kinetic energy. Looking at rotational energy separately in an object's centre of mass frame, one gets the following dependence on the object's moment of inertia:
(1/2) I ω^2

where

ω is the angular velocity
and I is the moment of inertia.

The moment of inertia of a thin solid disk of radius r and mass m:
I = (mr^2)/2

To add to Maxine's answer, all electric motors convert electrical energy to kinetic energy (and viceversa, in which case they are called "generators").
