I know a lot depends on color, clarity etc... but what is the high/low rates for rare green fluorite?

Off the top of my head it's about $4-$7/carat; however flourite is often traded by the piece/bead/strand instead of by the carat. Quality does come into play, of course. It may have relative rarity, but it's not durable and really isn't in demand...

Just a word of caution- flourite is a very soft stone and is best served in low wear and tear pieces like earrings and necklaces and is not a good choice for bracelets and rings.

Here is a site that can show you the ranges of how much green flourite is worth. It is almost impossible to just give a range because it is not accurate. It does depend on color, clarity, size. My estimate per carrot would start from about $6.00
