Aurora, Leona, Evelyn definitely sound old fashioned
Monica and Cypress don't sound that old
Ursula also sound old fashion but just sounds like a mean name

I don't like Aurora or Ursula. The others are very pretty. I agree with your Cypress comment. It does have a kind of flare. What kind of flare? I'm not sure, but it is kinda catchy. You'd need a "regular" middle name to go with it to calm it down a bit. Does that make sense? lol

I like Monica too. I don't think its old-fashioned, but its still nice.

I like Evelyn the best because my grandmother's name was Annie Evelyn and I always loved that combination. Aurora (or Rory as some have suggested) is pretty, too. I like Monica, but I don't think of it as an old fashioned name. I'm not real crazy about the other names listed, but they are OK.

From your list, my favorite is Aurora. Her nickname could be Rory, if you like that-I think it is cute. One of the Disney Princesses-Sleeping Beauty, I believe-is named Aurora.

Emmeline and Evelyn are also nice. Emmy or Emma are cute nicknames for Emmeline, and Eve or Lyn are cute nicknames for Evelyn.

I do not care for Cypress or Ursula. I do not really like Monica, either (and no, I do not think it sounds old fashioned).

We are currently expecting our third child, and have decided to name her Gwendalyn which is a rather "old" sounding name. She has affectionately been nicknamed Gwendy.

I like all of them except I never have been crazy about Ursula. The rest are all pretty.
Monica Aurora
Emmeline Grace
Aurora Cypress
Evelyn Leigh
Vivian Rose is also a pretty name
These are just some suggestions.

I only like two from this list (Monica sounds too "valley girl"): Emmeline and Evelyn. Evelyn sounds pretty.

I prefer more old-old-fashioned names such as Elizabeth, Victoria, Edith (middle name only), Louise, Helena, Mary, and others that you can think of.

I like Emmeline. I think that name has a beautiful sounding flow to it! And you can call her Emmy for short. Really cute:)

My thoughts on the others:
Aurora - Really tough for a child to say. A bit of a tongue twister.
Leona - Not bad
Evelyn - My second choice
Cypress - sounds like a stripper's stage name.
Ursula - reminds me of the sea hag from the little mermaid.
Monica - doesn't sound old fashioned to me... More 1980s.

Oh gosh... I love Aurora, Evelyn, and like Monica. I don't think I would ever use Monica as it has a "dated" feel to it. Evelyn and Aurora are gorgeous though! Evie and Rory for nicknames.

Emmeline is very pretty!

Aurora and Leona are my second favorites.

Evelyn is third.

Cypress and Ursula, not so much......

I don't like Monica much either.
