you have to do more
the camera device requires a driver loaded
this should have come with the camera as a CD

alot of times the driver supplied doesn't work with
MSN or Yahoo you may need to find the proper
device driver

Cameras also come with a TEST utility that lets you
set the parameters of brightness and contrast
with an onscreen window
if you dont have that you need to INSTALL the
software that came with the camera

Ok try this Unplug the cam and then uninstall the driver for it. Then turn off the computer, and turn it back on.
Then install the Program for it, and then turn off the computer and plug in the camera. Windows should recognize it then

You need to call the Tech support for the web cam it could be a variety of things.
