I think its pretty, but I also think the name Nevaeh is over-rated. Just my opinion though.
*Thumbs down? For what? It was an "opinion" question. She asked what I thought of it and I told her. Oh well.

Hate Nevaeh and spelling Janeece/Janiece the way you have would have one assume Jay niece.

Honestly... when you hear it, it sounds okay... but when you look at it on paper, it looks like somebody spilled a box of Alpha-bits.
Nevaeh is rather cliche now, but Heaven sounds a little stripper-ish (like Candy and Trixie and Destiny). So, I wouldn't use Nevaeh or Heaven, even though they sound alright.
If you want a name pronounced "Janeec", maybe try Janiece. "Jae" (at the beginning of Jaenece) is pronounced like "Jay," anyway.

Nevaeh is over used and cheesy in the sense that it's heaven spelt backwards. Why don't we go around naming our kids Lleh, that hell backwards, or Evol thats love, or how about Lufituaeb for beautiful. Jaeance, hmm dont like it

I don't like it at all. Nevaeh is completely made up with no etymology. I don't know where the obsession with it came from... heaven spelled backwards? Give me a break. Give your daughter a name that MEANS something. (:

In all honesty, I think it's incredibly bizarre. It's not pretty at all. I understand that parents nowadays want to be unique with naming their kids and all, but like someone else said, it's too cliche.
Think about the couple in Sweden (I think) who wanted to name their baby Metallica or another couple wanted to name their kid "4real."
Also think of the weirdo Hollywood celebs who are naming their kids crappy names (the Beckhams have a son named Romeo, Jason Lee named his son Pilot Inspekktor, etc).
I'm all for individuality in names but sometimes people go too far (consider the fact that when they go to school, there will be kids there to make fun of their names).
Whatever happened to nice girl names like Mary, Louise, Elizabeth or nice boy names like John, James, William, or Henry?
