kinda soft? I guess... see for yourself, take your top and bra off, take a t-shirt, hold it over your boobs- don't put it on, just hold it over your boobs and hold it together so it's like a towel or something and poke your boob. It's a bit harder than that because there's more material inbetween the boobs and the tshirt also, if you're wearing a seriously padded bra in high school, people will find out because teenagers, especially females are horrible, in my high school during PE a girl started shouting and laughing at another girl because she somehow found out that this other girl was wearing a padded bra (everyone was fully dressed)

That's a difficult question to answer because it can come from two perspectives.
One being what does it feel like to have boobs. That is, when someone else or even oneself touches them, how do they feel to the person who has them. That is, if I were to touch some boobs, how would they feel to the one with the boobs. I think you can understand me.
The other is how does it feel for the person touching them, which would allow a person to get some perspective on it.
If she were to touch yours, she'd only know about how they feel in the hand, not how the hand feels on the boob.
You can let her do that, I guess, but she'll just have to wait to see how they feel when she gets them.
For some reason, this reminds me of an episode of a tv show called "Roseanne" where the younger daughter was making fun of the older daughter for looking at her dad's Playboys. It turned out the older daughter was looking at them wondering something like "is that what guys want." It was an interesting episode. And I think Roseanne needled her husband.
Anyway, she'll have to wait to find out for herself, but she can always touch something else.

I was unaware that they felt like anything. Does she mean what does it feel like to have them or what do they feel like, like touching them? And if she just got a bra then she has some sort of breasts on her so tell her thats what they feel like.

having boobs don't feel like anything until they move, itch or start to hurt.

Make some jello (extra firm) and put it inside a baggie and tell her to give them a squeeze.

the same way she feels now only with a little more weight there. Have her put the bra on then put hacky sacks in there.??

umm well...haha...ok tell her to feel her own since she just got a bra, she should have some boobs so tell her thats wat they feel like...lol.
