The best dessert I've had was at a restaurant called the Grand Lux Cafe. They serve Benet's (Ben- yae). It is the simplest dessert. It's almost like a donut with no holes. It's served with three different sauces; chocolate, raspberry and cream. They melt in your mouth.

When I was in High School, my choir took a trip to Toronto Canada for a choir competion and we ate at this restaurant called A Little Night Life Magic. I do not know if they are still open, for it has been 20 years but that was my introduction to Banana's Foster. OMG I was in heaven. It was soooo gooood. So next to chocolate mousse and creme brulee, this has got to be the best dessert I have ever had. Another place that serves this dessert is Grand Concourse in Pittsburgh, PA. It is part of the Sunday Brunch.

The best dessert I have ever had was a giant eclair at a little place called the Chowder House in Fairbanks, Alaska. I used to work there when my husband was stationed at Eielson AFB. The lady who owns the place is also a baker and a cook. She has a degree in culinary arts and makes just about everything in the restaurant from scratch.

..........CYRANO'S......................
http://www.openlist.com/restaurants-view-3149633232.htm
603 E Lockwood Ave,
Webster Groves, MO 63119
The atmosphere along with the service, value and wonderful food makes
Cyrano's
(314) 963-3232
For the most spectacular dessert try
.......... the Cherries Jubilee.................
Mounds of luscious black cherries the size of small plums on a mound of ho-made vanilla/bean ice cream with a thick helping of Black Cherry Sauce brought out and prepared at the table with a great show of enthusiasm and the finale' before serving is the flambe'.
Serves 2 or 3 . It is done with such art and showmanship that the entire restaurant watches and then applauds.
IT IS TO DIE FOR
So if you are ever in Missouri please stop there and enjoy a dish.
I live about 100 miles away but it is worth the trip.

Sounds too extravagant for my tastes. Why does everyone need some crazy gourmet food these days? What's wrong with vanilla ice cream?
I love BJ's Brewery and Restaurant here in Vacaville, CA. My brother got this thing for his birthday, and I forget what it was called - some Italian dessert, I think... but it was to diiiie for. Like a warm, gooey chocolate/chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top. And it was a HUGE serving, too.

PF Chang's - Banana Spring Rolls.
You get 6 warm banana bites fried like spring rolls with a scoop of coconut pineapple ice cream drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces. Dropped around the plate are strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries and just a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon to explode your palate.
Your dessert sounds too yummy too! At least you can find this one in any major city.

Peanut Butter Perfection at Cold Stone Creamery. It was chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and peanut butter cups swirled in. So amazing!

My most favorite dessert is Olive Garden's Tiramisu.
I usually don't get dessert, but when I get the chance to eat at Olive Garden, I ALWAYS get that.

When I went to this Fondue place called the melting pot, there was some pretty good stuff there and you coated it all in--what else?--Chocolate! So yeah, everything there was really good!
