No, as long as you are completely clear that you are not going to cheat and don't lead the guy on.
Him telling you he loves you is not your fault. If you make sure he knows his love will not be returned, you are in the clear. As soon as you give the guy some hope, or imply that you may cheat, then you're skating on thin ice.

If you are the married one, and you talk in any kind of romantic, flirty, sexual I think you know what I mean) way to someone that is in love with you, then yes, you are at the onset of cheating.

It is not cheating. You should be careful what you say and do when your talking to this guy so you don't lead him on. I would suggest that you either talk on-line, on the phone or in an area where there are people so that it does not make cause for temptation.

It is not a smart thing to do. How I decide cheating is, if you wouldn't do it with your spouse with you then it is cheating. Always act like your spouse it there. Or another way to judge it is would you like him doing what you are doing?

If you continue to do it probably because it could lead to other things. Would you like it if your spouse continued to talk to someone who was in love with them? Ask yourself why you still talk to this person, is it because they are filling a void that your spouse is not? If so then that problem needs to be fixed with your spouse not someone else.

Yes. It's sounds to me that you like hearing this from this person. You'll probably cheat eventually if you keep this up.

I do believe its like cheating. I am very weary of talking to other men without my husband around. Call me cautious but you do have to be careful.
Ask your husband and see what he thinks.

Put yourself in your partners shoes. Would you want them talking to someone who made it perfectly clear that they were in love? THINK NOT!!! It's emotional cheating! STOP IT!!!

No, but perhaps you shouldn't be talking due to the fact that you might be tempted to cheat.
