This sounds like what happened to me and what they determined was that I had a diminished ovarian reserve and I would need to take Clomid, be monitored while on it, and have an IUI.
I had so many tests and when all came back clear except for the high FSH level, the Dr felt this was the way to go.
Did they find any cysts on your ovaries? There is such as thing as unexplained infertility and women have conceived through IUI and IVF.
I had IUI and I was pregnant in one cycle. My periods stopped coming normally, all of sudden I didnt bleed for 6 months and then I did bleed for 6 months... they tried a d and c and found I had a uterine polyp, but then my cycles were back to square one and my uterus was clear. I did have many cysts on my ovaries, which I think was due to the fact my regular Dr had given me a low dose of Clomid a couple months before I sought a specialist. Before then I did have a cyst on my left ovary that pretty much lived there most of my adult life. Dr's dont like to remove them surgically before you've had children to avoid causing scar tissue or damaging the reserves.
I wish you luck.. and like I said Ive been pretty much through the same as you and I'd be glad to offer as much advice and encouragement as you need.

Your husband's sperm might be OK, but you might have an allergic reaction to his sperm or his semen.
If your period is erratic, you will have to check your temperature every day. You will notice a rise in temperature when you ovulate, and that's when you want to have intercourse, and for the next few days (best if you can start a couple of days before, but if you're irregular, that won't work). To make sure his sperm is as high in volume and motility as possible, do NOT let him ejaculate for 3-4 days before you go for the baby.
Needless to say, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no stress while you are doing this. No douches or deodorants or anything else inside of you. No lube or anything on him, either.
There are several books on this and several web sites.

Even supposing you might be mentally equipped, you might be mostly now not physically equipped. Your physique has to recuperate from a miscarriage, and for more than one or two cycles. I know it's tough if you want it a lot, but I think you should wait about four - 6 months before trying again. A miscarriage, principally for those who have to have a D & C afterwards damages your physique and might make it harder to hold a little one to term. See in the event you and your husband and little boy can go on trip or some thing. Enjoy your summer after which begin attempting again within the Fall. Just right success, i'm sorry in your losses.

I had the same problem. It took me two surgeries and a wonderful fertility doctor before i was able to get pregnant. It sounds like your hormones are messed up. What your doctor should do is give you clomid. It is a low dose fertility pill and usually helps a woman to get pregnant within six months. Also the risks of multiples with clomid is much lower than the injection.

First of all, if you have used some sort of hormonal medicine to prevent pregnancy, then you should stay off of the med's for at least the same amount of time that you have been using them. For example, if you have been taking birth control meds for 3 yrs., then you should remain off of them for three years. It takes time for your body to get back on the normal course of hormonal production. Secondly, if you continue to focus on getting pregnant, you will not. You must be relaxed and concentrate only on the act of love making instead of producing. Most women that are mothers were not thinking of becoming pregnant at that moment. In addition, there are foods (no pills or tonics) that help increase your fertility. Look on a search engine under fertility foods.

If your period is irregular, it's hard to guess what time you're ovulating. Ovulation occurs around a 48 hour period, so you'd have to get the timing just right in order to conceive. Just try this one month... have him ejaculate in you every single night for the entire month. This might get you pregnant

It will happen when it happens and if its not meant to happen there is adoption. Just be aware that although you may not like that the infertility specialist has to say he most likely knows what he is talking about. He did go to Med school , its just alot easier for us to not believe he could be right. Try fertility drugs if you still have no success

Check out this book called 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility', it has a lot of really interesting easy things that you can do at home to understand your body and when it is fertile. I have also been told that increasing your fat intake (moderatly) may be able to help regulate you period, if you are too thin your body won't produce the nessisary hormones....Good Luck!
