Ok im confused. Im trying to stay away from porn and in a few hours though this will be day one. Now what confuses me is that there are videos on youtube that have fully clothed girls messing around. Thats not porn right? I can look at that with out breaking my streak right?

I'd say don't watch anything you wouldn't watch if your mother was looking over your shoulder! Porn is not good for you for a lot of complicated reasons, and you need to stay completely away from it. I mean completely. And if you're not a lesbian, why do you want to watch two girls making out? Get a healthier hobby!
Do sports or work on a book report for the fall or play outdoors with some neighborhood kids or write a letter to your grandparents or go for a long bike ride. You need to be strong to resist the crap on the Internet, and having some better way to spend your idle time is step one.
Good luck -- and even if you slip once or twice, keep fighting that addiction. You are better than this!

Clothes on = not porn
But don't be too worried about watching porn, it is natural for your age. Just make sure you don't become addicted. However, if you seriously want to make a commitment to not watch it just go to your room whenever you have the urge and relieve yourself without a computer in front of you. That should instantly stop the urge to look up porn at that moment.
And dang... you are picking up girls left and right by this question. You're a natural ;-)

What is it you are using porn for? Answer this question, & you will know if you're using the UTube videos for the same reason or not.
