short-not even shoulder length I try to get it cut every 6 weeks and my hair is brunette

Mine is at the bottom of my ribs... Its platinum blonde (typical aussie) It's layered but I'm trying to grow the layers out for my wedding.
The colour is nothing like my avatar... it's more of an icy blonde....almost white!!
