Sounds to be a round ligement stretch.
Still seek your doctor.
Best of luck and enjoy all the swimming you want. Just slow down some at first.
The chances of hurting your baby are very very small.
So, try not to worry.

i doubt it. pregnancy and the growth changes the muscles and sometimes doing something that stretches them even more results in a pain. if every thing else is fine and you are not having cramping then don't worry. but if you are still worrying, which you probably are since you are a new mother then call your doc and ask to make sure...its only a phone call and it will relieve your worrying. you might want to ask too when you need to stop swimming at some point and i can't remember when they want you to and stop taking baths as it can cause infections...ask about it though.

Nah, it's just that the muscles in your tummy are all stretched out at this point, and swimming probably caused you to use a muscle that was stretched, which caused you pain. It's easy to think that if we feel pain, it means the baby feels pain, but this isn't so...just because you have abdomnial pain doesn't mean the baby is harmed, and if the baby was in pain you wouldn't feel it.

No, you probably just stretched a muscle or the baby might have kicked a nerve. The baby should be fine, but if you notice anything unusual about the babies movements or anything then you should give your doctor a call just to make sure every thing's ok.

That sounds like the pains I get when I've been doing too much walking too fast. Its like a stich in your side, and means you need to slow down and breath better, you aren't getting enough oxygen to your muscles. It wont hurt the baby, its just your body's way of making you slow down when it can't keep up with you.

I would say no that it was probably a round ligament strain. There is a lot of stretching and growing going on.

You probably got a cramp. If you're not bleeding, or continuing to have cramps, you're probably fine. Check with your doctor if you're worried.
