no. crystals as crystals have lattice energy, which is the energy that must be provided to break the crystal lattice when the salt is being dissolved. it is due to well understood electrostatic forces. when you talk of 'energy' in the new age sense, i really have no idea what it could mean - it's not the same as the scientific term 'energy', that seems certain.
