Can you tell me anything about a program that says Pay off your credit cards. $10 into $30000?

This sounds scammish to me. Are they saying that your $10 is worth or will be worth $30000? That is ludicrous. However, desparate people would probably buy into it and send in their money hoping that it would pay off their debts. The scammer collects the money coming and closes shop and moves on to the next scam.

It's got Scam written all over it. They must be loan sharks. Stay well away.

pay the bills yourself. and stop using credit cards.
