No. The strict ones don't use electricity at all. They are very devout and devoted to their faith; good people who work very hard and don't expect handouts from anyone. Very dependable and very honest. If everyone were Amish, the world would be a better place. Why don't the Amish use electricity? Amish people interpret linking with electrical wires as a connection with the world - and the Bible tells them they are not to be conformed to the world. (Romans 12:2) In 1919 the Amish leaders agreed that connecting to power lines would not be in the best interest of the Amish community. They did not make this decision because they thought electricity was evil in itself, but because easy access to it could lead to many temptations and the deterioration of church and family life. Most of us today would think it impossible to live without the modern conveniences such as electricity and cars. What makes the Old Order Amish unique is not that they get along without modernity, but that they choose to do without it when it would be readily available. The Amish value simplicity and self-denial over comfort, convenience and leisure. Their lifestyle is a deliberate way of separating from the world and maintaining self-sufficiency. (Amish are less threatened by power shortages caused by storm, disaster, or war.) As a result there is a bonding that unites the Amish community and protects it from outside influences such as television, radios, and other influences.

www.workathomeplus.net is more then legit...nationally reputable....high crudentials

I’m a stay at home mom of two little girls under the age of 2. I work about 15 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. I have been with the company for only 4 months and am now making over $2000 a month! I started off making about $400 my first month, $800 my second and now I am up over $2000. With this company you do make residual income so your income increased each month! Also if I continue on as I am going at the end of the year I will be making $5000 a month. My friend Becky started 2 years before me. She is now making $95,000 a year.

The best part is they have 401(k), direct deposit and a benefits package. In addition, there are no products, no selling, no cold calling and no telemarketing!

I absolutely love working with them and I can't believe I am making what I am making and in so few hours per week. The neat thing is there are other people on your team that you work with so you are never alone. The support is great but I have made wonderful friends as well. I think that’s important too!

I was scared at first because I know a lot of companies are not legit but this company is the number one National Medical Benefits Company in the US. They are a member of the US Chamber of Commerce. Also they were featured in “The New York Times”, “Wall Street Journal” and the “American Medical Review”. Even “60 Minutes” did a big special on them! Even more then all this is they are accepted at over 100,000 retailers nation wide. These are fortune 500 companies like Sears, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-mart and more. These companies would never work with a company that was any thing less then reputable. That made me feel very good about working with them!

I just felt very safe with them…. that and my friend was already making so much money with them!

Check them out! Just type in www.workathomeplus.net in your web browser.

-Amy

I teach you how to start your own online business without all the excess of fees. Go to http://www.onlinebusinesstools777.com today!

Pay Pal is a legit company, and I know ebay uses them faithfully.

However, when getting paid online it is best to have them send you a hard check by mail as this is best for tax time each year as you need to keep all receipts for revenue and expenses for three years for business taxes and auditing proof.

If you are with paypal payments, I would make hard copies as payments come in, because like I said - you will need these for tax time each year.

Be sure to check your state or countries laws on the amount of time all records need to be kept, as each is different. You may find this kind of information within your local franchise tax board services.

If they ask you to pay ANYTHING upfront (eg. registration costs, or any kind of booklet, etc) then DON'T do it. And some of the previous posters embedded referrals in their links, so they get $$ if you sign up using their link.
