She only agreed to this affair after she saw him on MSNBC's to Catch A Predator...he was the guy naked in the kitchen looking for the 14 yr old boy...I would say she is justified in her actions.

Either you two know one another, and this is friendly bashing, or you don't and if you don't then this needs to stop.

Cuckholding is sex, and unless this person is underage or you transport them across state lines for prostitution, or otherwise engage in federal-level triggers it's a state offense at best.

Screwing someone is not a federal offense, last time I checked, no matter who it is.

That said, it may not be an offense but it's definitely not a good idea.

The person who being cuckholded is not the one being slept with but rather the one who is being cheated on, so in your question someone would have to be sleeping with the man, not the woman. Do you even realize that? If not, stop trying to use words you don't know the meaning of.

I don't know what "cuckolding" means, but if it's sexual intercourse with someone's wife, it's not right. Posing as a Fed is against the law for sure.
