Anyone have any idea of travel time from AC to Connecticut-Rhode Island border, and the quickest way to get there??

8 Hours? I had no idea it was such a long ride..I had thought of going for a weekend..but I would be spending all my time to get there and back!

It will not take 8 hours. From AC to Providence, it will be about 6 hours, so you are only going to the CT/RI border, take 30-45 minutes off, so total should be about 5 1/2 hours.

From AC, take Garden State Pkwy, to NJ turnpike to Rt. 95, all the way to RI.

It is 320 miles from Atlantic City, NJ to Providence, RI.
You will have to take Interstates that go through NYC boros but I recommend follow US 9 and then take NJ Turnpike do not take I-95 thru NY its a nightmare instead take 9W up to I-287 bypass over to where it meets I-95 then continue north.
Depending on the traffic it could take 3 hours just to get from NJTurnpike to Connecticut the whole trip could take 8 hours or more
