Ask for help, is harder for me , you want to do things on your own.
Saying I'm sorry in a lot of cases makes you the bigger person,but still hard to do.:)

and i will say im sorry when i find out the truth and i know im in the wrong
i will automatically say sorry just out of good manners
also,ie:bumping into someone physically in the street
even if its their fault
