Yeah, definitely could be. If you are full term I wouldn't worry about it. I am 38.5 weeks pregnant now and am experiencing lots of similar symptoms. When I spoke to my OB about it 3-4 days ago she said it was all promising.
Cramps and bowel movements are a good sign - but don't hold your breath. I'm only grouchy though when I'm having a "contraction".

you need to call you doctor because none of us is a physician and that is a serious question-plus i do not know how far along you are or anything?the cramps are a sign but that does not always mean labor

every pregnancy is different. so make sure to call ur doctor now. mine was like this but was not labor. just keep monitoring yourself.
