I need serious help my boyfriends birthday is coming up and I have no clue SERIOUSLY if he need something he just goes out and buys it ----Hes not into sports!! Doesnt like to wear Jewerly and defintly does need tools!!!! Its a week away and im starting to freak out even when I asked him for suggestions he didnt have clue!!!!! please any and all suggestions will be appreciated!!!!!!!

When I encounter people like this, I normally go to a gag gift shop and get them something funny but thoughtful. I once found this little card on the front it said "To the person who has everything" You open it up and there was a belly button lint collector! It looked like a toilet bowl cleaner but extremely small. Anyway, I got the gift with a nice card and a bouquet of flowers. My friend LOVED IT!

If I were you, I'd do something more personal for him rather than get him a physical gift. How about concert tickets? Or a homemade meal and card specially prepared by you. You could rent his favorite movies (you know the ones you can't stand) and stay up all night watching them together with lots of popcorn and candy on hand. Is there something he's always wanted to do? Try an event like a hot air balloon ride or bungee jumping.

rent a hotel and have a romantic and Sexually you must know a fantasy or two you can decide on thats it for guys sex is really good enough but you have to spend somekind of money so the Hotel and chocolate syrup strawberries and whipped cream if it has a jacuzzi (and for a birthday it should) bubble bath rose peddles might be a good idea
and give you a reason to buy something for yourself (which is always a good thing) Victoria Secrets sexy outfit a must

Take him to dinner at his favorite restaurant, and to a "guy" movie, that you normally wouldn't go see with him, if there is one out in theaters that he wants to see.
You could go buy yourself something sexy for the bedroom, and bring him his birthday cake wearing it.
You could buy some candles and body frosting, and offer to be his birthday cake.
Or you can give him a gift card to his favorite place to shop, or if you dont know you can get one of those pre-paid mastercards. Kinda impersonal though.

some times the best gift doesn't have a price tag hanging from it ,how about a nice romantic evening at home a candle light dinner,some soft music ,what ever else you think he would like.i think he would appreciate that
