I'm sorry to have to say this but I have been at that point EVERYDAY for the past 2 weeks because of things at work that I cannot control or even have any influence over.I work in a very stressful position in Health Care.Luckily I have a private office. I close my door with a sign saying "Meeting In Progress" and either a.) cry for a few minutes b.) do some deep-breathing exercises c.) call a friend who does the same type of work I do and vent. It all depends on the situation.

Yes, and I simply calmed down. Thought about what was wrong, maybe cryed, or wrote it down...that always makes me feel better

I'm an adult. Things like that don't happen to me as I know how to properly handle all my problems in a mature and reasonable fashion.
