it doesnt have to be at a hospital, it could also be in a store or some other public place.

Strange you should mention a hospital. I like to do random acts of kindness for people in the hospital.
A couple times a month I like to send cards to random people in the hospital. I just address the cards to "occupant", then I just pick a room number at random, and that is the person that gets the card. I keep the message in the card gender-neutral, since I don't know exactly who will receive it. I just usually write something like "I just wanted you to know there are people in this world that care about you, and love you." Then I simply sign it "A Friend." I get my joy in life by doing "little things" for people, weather I know them or not.
I got the hospital idea last year when my Grandmother took ill. She spent the last month of her life in and out of hospitals. Anytime I
went to visit her, I would always see people in rooms without any get well cards of flowers to cheer them up.... That just broke mt heart! That is why I send the random cards twice a month, and try to send a nice little floral arrangement at least once a month to another random patient. It's just my little way to make some body's life a little brighter for at least as little while.
Oh, to answer your question, I love to strike up conversations with total strangers!

It kind of already seems like that, lol. They have this sort Johnny-Claudia relationship going on, where they seem a little too gross. I really hated Michael when he first came on the show, but Kristina makes him seem so much more likeable. I don't want Kristina to be with anyone, she sucks.

oh god no. I do it all the time - it gets so boring sometimes, and I just look at the person next to me, then ask them about whatever they are doing. Of course if they make it clear they don't want to, I shut up.
