broke nose playing baseball and tore my achilles playing baseketball.
i never broke anything while playing running back in highschool and college though.
story about breaking nose in baseball.
i was running back to catch a ball at the fence i went up and (true story ) robbed the guy of a homer (in highschool that is) but we had those link fences with metal polls every 10 feet or so-i happend to hit the poll with my knee as i was going up..but as i came down my knee came off the poll and the poll game back and SMACK right on the nose
but ya know what? I CAUGHT THE BALL!! and robbed the guy of a bomb.
we lost either way though.

I broke the bone in the side of my right hand, underneath the pinkie, in 3 or more places. I punched a double -reinforced cement courthouse wall because I was really pissed off at my 2nd oldest daughter for something that she did to our family. The worst part was that many times you hear that if you can move it, it isn't broke. I was moving it back and forth and around in circles, so I didn't think it was broke. I never went to the ER room for 12 hours after it happened. By that time the swelling was so bad, that the doctor couldn't read the x-ray for sure to see if there was more damage than just the 3 places. By the time I got the cast off, I had no knuckle under my pinkie or the finger next to it and my wrist bone is out of alignment. I was told that the only way to fix that was to re-break the hand...NO THANKS!!!

Yes.I broke my arm and leg when I fell off a fence when I was a child(2 days after getting out of hospital from a different accident).I broke my thumb when I slipped on one of my sons toys.I broke most of my toes when I dropped a huge concrete block(unfortunately I was only wearing flip flops at the time)and I broke my breast bone on my way home from a girls night out.I thought I was walking onto a bridge, but I missed and fell into the creek right onto a rock.3 days later I got a really bad cold and every time I coughed I was in agony.Touch wood,I hope I never as clumsy as I have been before and brake any more bones.

No, I haven't. My husband and I have never broken a bone but our little boy has. It's horrible, he was riding his wagon down a hill and flipped and broke his collar bone. We felt terrible.

Left hand, right ankle-twice, and my left foot. I am SUCH a clutz! And my neck at C5 was broken in a car accident a long time ago. I should probably just stay home, huh? :)
