during the summer my lips get super dry and chapped and ive tried burts bees and it only makes my lips even more chapped so i really need ideas for a good chapstick!thank you!

Hey brownshuga! (love the screen name) Well, I'm aware that everything works differently for everyone but what works for me is the "Avon" chapstick called dew kiss. It gives the lips a nice healthy shiny finish, and it keeps the lips moisturized.

I've used Bonne Bell Lipsmackers for yearsssss. And yeah, they may look like they're made for like 10 year olds but I'm 15 and I still use them. I HATE the feeling of chapped lips and I carry atleast 2 wherever I go...they work, i swear by them

Hahahaha, burts bees wax is the most addicting chapstick there is. It's not good for you lips at ALL.
Just stick with regular chapstick brand chapstick... It works.

i know!!! i hate how they always get chapped! i know what you are going through. ive had experience. Trust me this works. Your lips get chapped when you dont drink enough water. try drinking more water and your lips wont get as chapped. Drink one glass of water every 15-20 minutes. This will help alot. trust me.

Hmmmm, you should try Blistex! That stuff works after, like, a day and it doesn't sting, if u get the flavored stuff (I know this, cuz my lips were chapped just the other day) I hope it workssâ¥â¥â¥â¥â¥

at the body shop, they have really good smelling lip butter. its just like chapstick. plus it works really well. or they have these acca kappa ones too (lip balm) . they smell like vanilla and work really well too. oh and there's vita gloss. even though its lip gloss it's packed with vitamins that make ur lips feel nice and smooth! hope that helps! =)

How about Mentholatum.. it's made for seriosly chapped skin, and it's sold in drug stores everywhere.
If that's not to your liking, maybe try Neosporin lip treatment. It works pretty well

blistex medicated is my absolute favorite for chapped lips. use it more in the winter when I go skiing. but it was also a lifesaver when I was on accutane and dried out my skin.
also, try origins or aveda lipbalms. They also worked pretty well.

U should put vasaline on your lips and then put sugar on your lips and rub to get all the dry skin off of your lips and/or brush your lips with your tooth brush then us Nivea lip balm it is very nice
