Should disbelieving the theories of global warming be considered an act of treason as Robert Kennedy suggested during one of the Live Earth concerts? Why or why not?

Robert Kennedy doesn't even want windmills on his land and fought this in court. He actually went to court to stop windmills from being built on the Kennedy compound!! Can you believe that? He is just another hyprocrite spewing his hate speech's against people who don't believe in global warming. It definitely shouldn't be considered treason. Man...he is just an idiot.

No!
The First Amendment was designed to give everyone the freedom of speech, assembly, the press, and all that kind of stuff.
Now, it's an unwritten rule, but you also have the freedom of thought!

Thinking or expressing yourself is not considered taking action.

If you were to intentionally pollute United States air with tons of carbon dioxide in an attempt to sabotage the Earth, then, yes, it could be treason.

But may I assure you global warming is real. Very real. It's not the slightly rising temperatures that are problematic in my opinion (natural ice-age cycles also provoke a slow rise in temperature until another ice age occurs), but all the associated problems with global warming.

Check out the Wikipedia article in my source to learn more about global warming. If you click on my link, look at the diagram to the right to learn about ice age patterns.

Robert Kennedy or Ted Kennedy ? If it's Ted what do we care what a alcoholic washed woman killing Democratic Politician thinks ?

Theories are just that theories, not facts. There is the Theory of Evolution, the Theory of Creationism, Conspiracy Theories etc.....

No, but believing such liars as Robert Kennedy and Algore is evidence of lack of understanding of what constitutes real science. The earth was warmer 2000 years ago than it is now. Romans grew wine grapes in northern England. Try that now...

I'll tell you what, why don't you wait and ask your grandchildren when they're living in a decimated world that question, because we can stand here and go back and forth and up and down about this because if you're not inclined to believe it than fine,
time will tell.

Yes.
Many Democrats believe that anyone who drives a vehicle is guilty of treason to our planet.
Maybe that's why so many Democrats never get a job...... they don't want to have to drive to work, and destroy our planet.
HOW THOUGHTFUL!

No.

Having an opinion -- even if it's not a popular opinion -- is not the same as armed resistance against your own govt.

No, because its technically against trecherous to every country, not just one. But it should be considered true and efforts made to fix it.
