you cannot delete physical memory as it is physical - you just have to kill power if you want to delete the contents on a physical stick of memory (i.e. pull the cord from the wall, power strip, etc..) or uninstall it and throw it in the trash. Alternatively , if you're looking for something to defragment or free-up your memory, you can try something like this: http://www.download.com/WinCleaner-Memory-Optimizer/3000-2086_4-10660830.html?tag=lst-0-3
good luck..

Physical memory is just that - a solid piece of the hardware.
Are you asking if it is possible to remove all the information on the computer? If so, then yes, you can reformat the hard drive. But that will wipe out your Operating System, too and you will have to reinstall it (assuming you have the disk).

It'll leave some traces but you can format the drive by either using DOS or putting in the windows install disk and selecting format... may be other ways but I'm to lazy to look em up.
Only way to destroy all physical memory is magnetize the drive and fry everything

Hi. Beyond recovery? Probably not. Any forensics expert can recover SOME data from a drive, even after a military style 7x overwrite.
