If the US wars with Iran the negative reaction of the world will be one hundred fold as negative and damning of virtually all countries and peoples of the world.
US allies will continue their already progress in moving away from the US as a result of Iraq.
The US will be further isolated and hated.
No doubt most Americans mimicking their old west lone gun slinger fighting for "justice" heros like John Wayne will do their stupid patriotic or rather idiotic ignorant/beligerant/arrogant reaction and scream WHO NEEDS THEM !!!

I suggest you lot read the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire for the Iraqi war atrocity will mark, as many historians now aver,the start of the fall of the American Empire and for exactly the same reasons .
The Romans believed that they had a manifest destiny,that they were special humans,that their Gods blessed only them and they didn't give a bloody damn about what anyone thought.
They also made the profoundly stupid mistake that their military being so superior would keep them on top of the heap forever which of course didn't happen.
All the above of course can be said for the US and Americans.

An attack on Iran is profoundly unlikely at the moment, as Iran, like North Korea, has recently soften it's position on it's nuclear program. Not a lot of progress, but enough to stave off an attack for the forseable future (since you can't forsee /when/ they'll go back on it...)

before next summer.
hopefully we can get a revolution from within and the persians are just about ready to do so. if we can get 1 or more generals on board the students are already on board. hope for that and not a full scale war.
we woudn't be attacking the persians as much as we would be attacking the religious whack jobs that have threatened to wipe out 6 million jews and start a world war to usher in their 'savior' or whatever they call him.

If there is an attack on Iran it's going to be an air strike and my guess, it's highly unlikely. We don't have the troops to fight a country with a real military and the American people would go nuts. The President is walking a fine line as it is, his support from his own party in congress would disappear if he tried going into Iran.

Damn, I hope he doesn't do such a foolish thing. We are already under so much debt. We can't afford a war. We are living on credit.. I think BUsh wants to wage a war and if he had money, he would have done it too. BUt he is okay now. He has a good bank balance by invading Iraq and he and his close friends have monopoly over Iraq's oil, so I don't think he would invade Iraq. I heard someone say that he might attack Pakistan. I don't think so, unlike poor Iraq, Pakistan has a strong millitary power. They have the same flying machines as USA does. Bush is not that stupid. He knew Iraq was defenseless and he knew he would crush them like small bugs, but Pakistan is another thing.

isn't it thrilling how the violence has began lower back in Lebanon and is increasing in Iraq? i'm happy those companies are shifting in to place. I pray that some good comes of it. I hate that those loopy fans are killing and maiming harmless human beings. maximum Iraqis and all Lebanese have suffered way too lots violence for some years. There must be an end to their suffering and a time of peace and prosperity there.

How long before some Third World nation develops nukes, gets its government overturned in a civil war, and has a nuke or two end up on the black market, eventually the nuke falling into the wrong hands, and eventually detonated in a Western city?
That's the real question folks should concern themselves with.

if the US attacked Iran that will definitely be one of the greatest mistakes for the rest of humanity and possibly one of the greatest catalyst to American downfall, it is already a dying superpower the debts are piling, the resentment from the rest of the world is ever growing, things couldn't get any worst the only people benefiting are bush and his business partners who make billions off these wars

I hope today so we can start fighting back against the Iranians who have been killing Americans since 1979.
As for you saying we can't win, it seems to me that you liberals want America to lose and are doing everything you can to make sure that happens. The Constitution defines what many leberals are now doing as treason.
If America loses to the islamofascists do you know what will happen to all liberals and "humanists" under shariah ?
