Gryffindor. One of the last few chapters of the book shows Lily, James, Snape, Sirius, Lupin, and Pettigrew being sorted in one of Snape's memories that Harry gets to see in the pensive. Snape and Lily were and item at the time (shocking, isn't it) and Snape told her she wanted to be in Slytherin. He was rather disappointed when she ended up in Gryffindor and he Slytherin.
