Need a "horse fix". Miss being around (training, grooming, cleaning 31 stalls each day) Need a vacation. Why not do both?
Would love to ride Egypt on a lovely Arabian horse. A riding friend of mine used to take "Horse Trecks" totally horseback for days/week. I know it's available, can't find the link - End of Internet boundry reached. "My kingdom for a horse."
I'd even consider (love) going to a working ranch and shoveling poops (ahhh, Chanel #5) in exchange for riding, archaeology on the side would be fabulous. (have trowel, will travel - that was digging at the Ghost Ranch in NM)
I ramble. Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. Apologies if my preference for 'Aye-rabs' offends, it is my passion, all things equine are equally beautiful.

My ex-wife and I did a trip to Morocco on Arabs and camels, your choice. Some were day trips, four hours out and four back in time for a shower and a good meal. Others would be two or three nighters on the ground. Amazing trip, all kinds of history and artifacts. RScott
