Read his essay "My Philosophy".
You can find this in the Epilogue of the latest edition of his basic book "Scientology A New Slant on Life" Page 271.

L. Ron Hubbard was nothing to be afraid of. He wrote fantasy and sci-fi. He was a little nuts. That is it.
You are probably referring to people's reaction to scientology. It not so much fear as it is ridicule and digust.

Not afraid of him at all. His philosophy is not one that I follow. Scientology is a religion he made up to make money, as stated by him way back when. But, not scared of him...rather indifferent. I don't subscribe to alien theories.

why would any one be afraid of the dead. All I know is he is rotting in HELL for creating a fake religion and all of his followers will rot in HELL just like him!!! His religion is a SCAM and a JOKE!!!
