I just found it very interesting that he compares out healthcare industry to countries that don't have millions of illegal immigrants trying to sneak in yearly. His solution is to use tax $ for universal healthcare but what if millions in this country are not paying taxes. Does that mean he wants me and other people who work full time to pay for the healthcare of people who break the law and come here to to steal from our tax base?

Actually Autumn, immigrants do not have taxes withheld. Thats why its call "under the table" The business is paying them in cash and not reporting it hence the government is recieving a lot less tax revenue then from you and I.

ok not all immigrants get paid under the table. Trust me I know what I am talking about. Most pay taxes by using a I-tin number given by the IRS. They use this number to buy houses, get loans, etc... It is similar to Social Security expect they don't get money when they retired. Don't you see immigrants working at restuarants, hotels and landscaping? Most are big companies that are not going to pay under the table!!!!! If they don't have a itin number then they don't get a $1000 to $2500 refund.
What about sales tax?
If you hate immigrants so much I suggest that you kick out 13 million people out the country and see how the economy is affected.

not all illegals are paid under the table. here is a nasty little fact that the US government does not want you to know. Since the early 1990's, there are illegals who have been paying income taxes to the IRS by issuing them a number not a social, but one specifically to collect taxes from them. It is called an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN). This is something the government has been doing since the 1990's.
Don't get me wrong, there are those who ARE paid under the table BUT there are those who find out that they CAN pay their fair share and they do.
This same number allows them to open bank accounts, purchase homes ( for which they have to pay PROPERTY TAX) which contributes to the government coffers.
Illegals do contribute to increased insurance prices BUT they do NOT make up the MAJORITY of the uninsured in this nation, that honor goes to legal residents and US citizens whose companies either do not offer insurance or have phased it out and getting it on their own is cost prohibitive.
Michael Moore just calls it as it is.

since when do we have to factor in supporting illegal immigrants - they are not even suppose to be here.
a more appropriate way to address is would be when will the laws be enforced concerning illegal immigrants.
