No, not at all. A and B refer to cup size, and the number refers to measurement around the chest. If you get a girl who is a 34B a 34 A it will not fit. I know for a fact. There are a such thing as sister sizes like a 36 A is the sister of a 34 B. If you go down in cup size, you go up two inches in numbers.

Nope they are definitly not the same size. 34A is much smaller than a 34B. I'm guessing you are asking because some of the bras start at B, but honestly if you wear an A then a B won't fit you.

No 34a and 34b are different sizes. Even though the 34 is the same a and b sizes are different. 34a is smaller.

No, different sizes. The letter "a", "b" are the size designation for bust size. The bigger then letter, the bigger the bust.
