Really depends what I'm going upstairs for. If I want a wee I'll walk, unless i'm bursting then I'll go 2 at a time.
If I go upstairs for something imparticular then I will walk. Then when I get there I'll forget what I went for and end up doing something else before going back down. Then I'll curse and RUN back up and get what I went for, then think "ooh, I'll have a wee while I'm here", put the item I went for down and then forget it again and return down again. Then I'll curse REALLY LOUD and go back upstairs on my hands and knees really really slowly. And I'm only 35.

It depends what kind of mood I am. If I want to squeeze a little exercise (or feel a little playful) then I skip steps. If I'm feeling tired then I still take the stairs but slowly.

I usually run two steps at a time. We have stairs that go up about five, then stop on a little square landing, then you turn left and go up another five, landing, left up another five and your on the second floor. x) So I sometimes stop to see our mouse on the first landing bit.

I always run....stairs are a waste of time, unless you are playing being on a train/bus with your kids then they are fun!!!
