I was wondering the same thing...her Blog that is linked to the FN profile lists her as married and she says
"We're a very close family...so close that my husband and children and I live on the same property with my mom and stepdad, one brother, and a handful of sisters!"
So I assume he's alive, and still married

In her answers in her "about Amy" section.....she was asked who (living or dead) she would most like to invite to dinner. One of her answers was her husband-but still not sure if that means he is alive or dead? He was never pictured or mentioned except in one challenge as a cerrtain recipe was her husband's favorite. Also-she never wore a wedding ring. Any one know the scoop???

I don't remember her saying she was married so maybe she is divorced or never married the father of her kids. They didn't show the father when they were showing any of the "amy's life in san diego" segment during the finale

I though Amy's husband was alive? Maybe he could not make it. Maybe, he was jealous and was hoping that she was NOT the winner.

i wondered that too.maybe he was at work or maybe he is camera shy.i am glad she won i think she will do fine.
