"Exotic Motel"?
There are hotels in Abraka (which indeed is in Delta State), but I don't know any of that name.
The Abraka River (upstream from Abraka town) is absolutely stunning. The best place I've been to in Nigeria.
Abraka has a big university, but the town is nothing special.
There were mini-riots in 2002-2003 and some students and local troublemakers were killed by the security forces. From time to time, curfew is enforced. So, if you plan to go, check out the current situation first. I normally stay in Agbor, which is a smaller but safer town.
If you drive there from Lagos, expect to encounter 60-70 road blocks on the way. If possible, don't stop coz you'll be asked for a "dash".
